On Thursday, May 15th Kyle Brown, PA-C of Garden County Health Services and Natalie Mayer, PA-C of Sedgwick County Health Center will be offering FREE sports physicals for all students entering grades 8-12 at South Platte. The physical exam will be conducted at school during our normal school day. All students who will participate in athletic contests during the school year or participate in summer athletic camps/clinics need to have a physical examination prior to the activity. Participation in this physical examination is optional. Parents may choose to have their student’s sports physical completed by a doctor of their choice, at parent’s expense.
