2025 Sharp Survey Information

On Wednesday, October 20, our students in grade 8, 10 & 12 have the opportunity to participate in the 2025 Nebraska risk and Protective Factor student survey(NRPFSS). The NRPFSS is a substance abuse related survey of students which is conducted once every two years. students will take the survey during a regular class period. Completing the survey poses no risk to your child. Survey procedures have been designed to protect your child's privacy. This survey does not ask for students' names and no student will be mentioned by name in a report of the results.

The NRPFSS is made up of multiple-choice questions. Topics covered include substance abuse, delinquent behavior, bullying, mental health, nutrition, physical activity and risk and protective measures that predispose youth toward or protect them against problem behaviors (including substance abuse, delinquency, school dropout, and violence). Some sample questions are found in the links below.
