Sports Physicals Information
All students in grades 8-12 who will participate in athletic competition need to have an annual sports physical. If you need physical paperwork please contact the high school office.
Banner Health Clinic – Ogallala: Call to make an appointment
Sedgwick County Health Services: FREE Sports Physicals on July 12 and July 19 in Julesburg and Chappell. No appointment needed. There will be school transportation available for the July 12th date, the bus will leave the school at 8:15. Please contact the school office or email Mr. Brost so the appropriate transportation will be ready.

Kyle Brown (Garden County Health Services) and Natalie Gasseling (Sedgwick County Health Center) will be doing sports physicals for our current 7-11 grade students today. If you are participating in this, all of your paperwork needs to be signed and completed.

Here is a link for State Track shirts. It is an online store. We will be able to pick up the order when we get to Omaha next week and will distribute shirts to families there the best we can. If you want a shirt and do not plan to travel to Omaha the shirts will be in the office at school for pick up that next week.
